Seizure clusters are described as seizures that happen one after the other over a short period of time. No two people experience seizure clusters in the same way.
That’s why seizure clusters can be difficult to define by the people who experience them, their caregivers, and even healthcare providers. Recognizing seizure clusters is extremely important, because without treatment, they can lead to serious, long-term problems.
The insight.
Our client wanted to create a breadcrumbed, straight forward, means of communicating the complexities of cluster seizures in a digital sales aid. Within this challenge lay another — their sales force traditionally didn't like using digital aids citing navigation challenges and difficulty accessing information they needed when they needed it.
A sales-aid reimagined.
The resulting increase in user engagement and message recall were attributed to a streamlined story, intuitive interactions, and simplified visual approach.
